Our products are made up from donated items and materials that have been restored and up-cycled to give them a new lease of life. Whilst every effort has been made to get our pieces looking lovely and fresh again, some of our items may show signs of being pre-loved which we think only adds to their character and life story!
100% of all of our profits go to fund St Oswald's Hospice, a care provider for adults, young adults, children and babies with life limiting conditions based in Gosforth, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. So each time you make a purchase from Re-styled by St Oswald's, not only are you helping the environment but you're also giving something back to charity too.

If you are having trouble arranging your own delivery we can take the worry out of your hands and arrange it for you. Please drop us a message and let us know your postcode to get an accurate price.
Local to NE12? The flat rate for the first 5 miles is £25 and then £5 every 5 miles after that. So, for example, if you live 24 miles away from us the shipping rate would be £45.
Further afield? Shipping within the United Kingdom usually costs between £60-£80 for most furniture sized items. Contact us with your postcode to get an accurate cost.
Our delivery drivers are fully insured and run their own business. Therefore you pay the drivers when they drop your item off.

How do I arrange my own collection?
If you are collecting your item in person just send us a message of your availability and we can work out the best day for you to pick up your item.
Our typical working day is between 9am-5pm but we can be semi-flexible with arrangements to accommodate this.
How do I arrange my own delivery driver?
Please send us an email before you book a delivery driver to make sure we are available to hand over your item that day.
Care instructions
All of our items have been turned from pre-loved to re-loved so please cherish your beloved new item and don't use any harsh chemicals on it like bleach or over-scrub an item.

Yes, we pride ourselves on being an innovative upcycling charity shop and moving away from the 'traditional' form of charity retail. We give love to donated, pre-loved pieces of furniture and craft items.

Do you accept returns?
If you are unhappy about the condition of your item please get in touch with us as soon as possible and let us know what the problem is. If your item is damaged whilst in transit please get in touch with the delivery provider you used.
